Once we see your purchase come through, we will start working on a proof. If you have selected an option with a photo, please send the photo you would like included to pawprintsihpe@gmail.com. We will email that proof to you and a payment link (if needed). We will not start production on your urn until you approve the proof and payment is received (if needed). We will contact you when the urn is complete and the ashes are back to arrange for delivery.
