  • What are your prices?
    To get a personalized quote based on your location, appointment time, and aftercare options, please visit our booking platform here. We strive to make our prices at transparent and all-inclusive as possible. If you have any questions about your specific scenario, don't hesitate to text us at 253-391-4363 and we can get you a customized quote.
  • What are your hours?
    Our normal hours are from 9am-9pm Monday-Sunday. Afterhours/on weekends we will do our best to answer the phone, but please leave a message/text if we do not answer right away. Our appointments are offered throughout the week and are displayed live on our booking page. If you require a time that is not offered on our booking calendar, feel free to reach out via phone/email and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  • What is your service area?
    Our normal service area is between Lynnwood and Tacoma and the eastside. Some of the cites we serve include: Covington, Maple Valley, Black Diamond, Enumclaw, Buckley, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Puyallup, Fife, Federal Way, Auburn, Burien, SeaTac, Des Moines, Tukwila, Seattle, Shoreline, Renton, Redmond, Issaquah, North Bend, Sammamish, Fall City, Carnation, Duvall, Bellevue, Factoria, Kirkland, Bothell, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Alderwood, Mukilteo, and some of Everett. Please enter your address on our booking platform here to see if you are in our normal service area. If you are outside of our service range, please give us a call/email and we may be able to accommodate you.
  • What if the time/day I want is not listed on your calendar?
    We book in appointment arrival windows. If you require a specific time or we are booked for the day the best way to contact us is via text message to 253-391-4363. If you require a same-day appointment and no appointments are available online, please book the next available appointment on the same day (for example if today is a Wednesday book the next available Wednesday appointment) and message us. We do our best to squeeze people in between appointments if possible.
  • Do you perform emergency euthanasias?
    If you need an emergent euthanasia we will do our best to help but we are not an emergency service and may be in other appointments. Please check our online booking calendar for availability. If there are no available appointments please nook the next available appointment on the same day (for example if today is Monday book the next available Monday appointment) and text us at 253-391-4363 as this will get the fastest response from us if we are in appointments. If your pet is having trouble breathing, or needs emergent attention, reach out to your nearest veterinary emergency clinic.
  • How do I schedule a Euthanasia/Hospice/Cremation Pickup Appointment Online?
    When you click on either scheduling link, it will bring you to our online scheduler. Please enter your address to see if we service your area and to get a customized quote. Then select what service you are interested in scheduling. Select any applicable aftercare/memorial items and answer a few questions about you and your pet. It will then show you any available days/times on our booking calendar. If you require a same-day appointment but none are available, please book the next available appointment on the same day (for example if today is Monday book the next available Monday appointment) and reach out to us. Once you submit the booking, your appointment has been approved. If for some reason we need to decline your booking, we will call you and come up with another time that works for you.
  • What happens if I decide I do not want my appointment?
    We understand that end-of-life care is fluid and sometimes plans change. You can edit or cancel your appointment using the link on your confirmation email. If you are canceling the same day as your appointment, please also reach out to us via text/call at (253) 391-4363 to confirm. After one cancelation we will require a deposit to schedule any additional appointments. After two cancelations or a cancelation when we are already on the way, we reserve the right to refuse additional appointments.
  • What happens if my pet passes at home before the appointment?
    If your pet passes before the appointment, please reach out and let us know. If you would like to arrange for cremation through us, we can pick up your pet at your original appointment time, or sooner depending on your situation. If you do not want us to perform aftercare, we will cancel your appointment.
  • Do you offer in-home euthanasia services for aggression or behavior cases?
    We do offer euthanasia due to aggression or behavior concerns on a case by case basis. We may require an additional fee, previous records, or special supplies (basket muzzle, etc) prior to scheduling. If you are considering an in-home euthanasia due to behavioral concerns, please reach out via text/email to see if we can accommodate you prior to booking as not all behavior cases can be handled safely in an in-home environment.
